Here are directions to some of our opponents and to our home field.

Chelmsford

Directions to Chelmsford from the South

• Take Rt 3 North.
  

• Take exit 32 off of Rt 3 (this is the exit for Rt 4).
  
• This exit puts you on a rotary.
  
• Take the Westford Rd exit off the rotary (I think it's the 3rd exit from the onramp but I'm not sure)
  
• * The fields are about a quarter mile down this road on the right.
  
• There is parking right there on the right side of the road by the fields but it sometimes fills quickly (particularly when there are softball/baseball games going on). There are additional parking lots at the [Junior High?] school on the left side of the side of the road should you need it.

If you're closer to 495

• Take 495 north to the exit for Rt 4
  

• At the end of the exit take a left
  
• Follow this road to the end where it dumps you on a rotary
  
• You'll go almost completely around the rotary before getting off at the Westford rd exit.
  
• Follow the above directions from the "*"

Marlboro

Corn Dogs

There should be signs for Assebet school on 495 now.

• I believe it's the route 85 exit to Hudson.
  

• Off of the long exit ramp (~1 mile), look for Fitchburg road.
  
• As you go into the front gate, to your left you'll see a baseball diamond and a soccer field.
  
• Our game will be on the soccer field.

Berlin

DraGons

From the North:

• Take 495 South to exit 26 (Rt 62)
  

• Go left off of the ramp (Berlin/clinton)
  
• At the yellow flashing light take a left.
  
• Take the next immediate left onto South Street
  
• Fields are 1/4 mile on your left.

From Boston:

• Take the Pike to 495 North
  

• Take 495 North to Exit 26 (Rt 62)
  
• Go left off of the ramp (Berlin/clinton)
  
• At the yellow flashing light take a left.
  
• Take the next immediate left onto South Street
  
• Fields are 1/4 mile on your left.

From the south:

• Take 495 North to Exit 26 (Rt 62)
  

• Go left off of the ramp (Berlin/clinton)
  
• At the yellow flashing light take a left.
  
• Take the next immediate left onto South Street

Tufts

Disc Drivers

From 93:

Route 16 exit towards Medford, Somerville (Harvard St). Through approx 3 traffic lights (under railroad), take right on Boston Ave. At top of hill (blinking yellow light) take a right over railroad bridge - Alumni Field (and parking lot) will be on your right. Field A is adjacent to the third-base line of the main baseball diamond.

From Davis Sq (Somerville):

Take College Ave towards Tufts. At rotary (Powder House Circle, Nathan Tufts Park) continue on College Ave (~ 3rd right). At top of hill (blinking yellow light) go straight over railroad bridge - Alumni Field (and parking lot) will be on your right. Field A is adjacent to the third-base line of the main baseball diamond.

Andover

HP HeartAttack

Directions to HP Heart Attack fields at Andover Middle School:

• 495N to Rt. 28S in Andover (Exit 42 I think)
  

• Follow Rt. 28 into Andover town center
  
• At the 2nd light in the town center take a left onto Chestnut St.
  • (This is past Elm St. and a couple of 1 way streets)
• Go through 4-way stop and then take a right just past the green
  
• Follow the street/driveway back to the middle school, and pull into the parking lot on your left by the fields.

Braintree

Killer Bees

Take whatever highways necessary to get to the South Shore Plaza exit on route 128 in Braintree (should be the exit for Route 37).

• (From the north, take 128 south, take the SS Plaza exit and bear right at the bottom of the ramp.)
  

• (From Boston and the South Shore, get to route 128 north and take the SS plaze exit, and bear right at the bottom of the ramp.)

Follow route 37 past the plaza (there will be several sets of lights) and continue on to "Braintree Five Corners". There will be a Dunkin Donuts and a Bagel place ("Einstein Brothers" ?) on your right, and a Bertucci's basically right in front of you. You want to stay on route 37, which is sort of a "straight-left".... keep Bertucci's on your immediate right.

Follow route 37 for about 1 mile (through a few more sets of lights) until you get to another set of lights (a pretty major intersection) : there will be another Dunkin Donuts on your left, and a Chinese food place on the right. You want to take a right, which is still Route 37. About 3/4 mile up the road is a flashing yellow light ; you want to take that left onto Peach street. The school is about 1/2 mile up on the left.

The fields are in the back behind some basketball courts.

Bedford

Moe's Tavern

Directions from Route 128:

• Take Rt 4/225 exit towards Bedford.
  

• Go about 3 miles into Bedford (from Lexington) until you see a CVS Pharmacy just after 4/225 merges with rt 62.
  
• Take a left before the CVS (Loomis St.).
  
• Go through 1 intersection, pass some new construction on left, road will curve to the right and the fields will appear on your left.
  
• Go past tennis courts and park on left. We will play on one of the adjacent fields.

Directions from Route 3 South:

• Take exit 26, take right at end of ramp onto Rt 62.
  

• Follow 62 through several forks and so forth for ~ 1 1/2 miles until it merges with 4/225.
  
• Take right onto 4/225 then left onto Loomis St (See above).

Tewksbury

OPUS

From I-495:

• Take exit 38, Route 38 towards Tewksbury (left at end of ramp regardless of direction on 495)
  

• Go 2-3 miles looking for Baybanks on the left and Gazebo on right (only major set of lights after you get away from 495 area)
  
• At gazebo and just after Baybanks take a right at lights onto Pleasant St.
  
• Go 1 mile to High School driveway on left (NOT well marked. across from Greenhouse and Nursery Shop)
  
• Once on the driveway take and bear right whenever possible until you arrive at the field inside the track

From I-93:

• Take Dascombe Rd exit

  • (if I-93 South, left at end of ramp then right at "T" onto Dascombe Rd)
    
  • (if I-93 North, left at end of ramp onto Dascombe Rd)
• Go 2-3 miles to Rt. 38 (Dascombe Rd becomes West St.)
  
• Bear to the left towards the traffic lights as you reach Rt. 38
  
• Go straight across Rt. 38 onto Pleasant St.
  
• Go 1 mile to High School driveway on left (NOT well marked. across from Greenhouse and Nursery Shop)
  
• Once on the driveway take and bear right whenever possible until you arrive at the field inside the track

 If there is some sort of town activity in the field, then we play across the lot in the baseball field. You go back to the entrance and instead of bearing right at all possibilities, you bear left. Entrance to Baseball field is a slightly hidden driveway on left.

Lexington, Diamond Middle School

School On Sunday:

From 128:

• Take 4-225 East (towards Lexington), exit 31A <You are now about 5 minutes from the fields>
  

• Go through one set of lights
  
• Take a left immediately after the Mobil Station onto North Hancock Street
  
• When the street ends, bear to the right. Lexington Gardens will be on your left
  
• First left (Coolidge), follow to the end of the street
  
• Left onto Adams
  
• Left onto Hathaway
  
• First left onto ? street (no street sign, but a "Bike Path" sign).
  
• Fields are 1/4 mile on the right

From Boston:

• Route 2 West
  

• Waltham Street (Lexington) exit. This is the last exit before 128/95
  
• Go right off the ramp (no choice)
  
• After about 2 miles, the road ends
  
• Left onto Mass Ave (you are in Lexington Center)
  
• Bear right at the fork
  
• Take immediate right onto Hancock Street
  
• Bear right onto Adams
  
• After 4/10 mile, left onto Hathaway
  
• First left onto ? street (no street sign, but a "Bike Path" sign).
  
• Fields are 1/4 mile on the right

Fresh Pond

12 Fluid Ounces:

• Take 93 south to the route 60 exit.
  

• Take route 60 west through Medford and Belmont.
  
• Follow the signs carefully. Route 60 will intersect with route 2.
  
• Take route 2 east, past the exit for thorndike, past the red line stop, over the railroad bridge, till you come to a rotary.
  
• There will be a ground round on your right, and a bread and circus to your left. The bread and circus is in the fresh pond mall.
  
• Make a 360 around the rotary, and enter the Fresh Pond Mall.
  
• Drive to your left, go around the mall, and you will se a park behind the mall.
  
• Park near the theater and walk upon the park, and they close the parking lot at dusk.

Actually, any way you prefer to get to route 2 is ok, but I [12 Fluid Ounces captain] tend to avoid 128 during rush hour.

Lexington (Harrington Elementary School)

12 Fluid Ounces:

From the north via Rt. 128 South:

  Get off at the Burlington Mall (Middlesex Turnpike), turn left (east), and stay on that road through about five traffic lights. The last light you go through is Woburn St., with an Ace Hardware diagonally across the intersection. Shortly before the next light (Maple St.), there's a very discreet right-hand turn, which takes you to the fields. One of the two is roped off; we'll be on the other (duh!).

From the east or west via Rt. 2:

  Take Rt. 2 to exit 58, Park Ave in Arlington. Turn north, up over the hill (passing the water tower) and down across Mass. Ave. (1 mile). Just after that is a six-way intersection; take either left, and stay with it until it merges with Lowell St, which at that point is Rt. 2A west. At the first traffic light, 2A will turn left; you want to go straight, staying on Lowell St. Your first left after that (again, it's discreet) will take you to Harrington field.

Nashua

Granite State Grass Stains (nee Undertakers):

Directions to NHS.

Note: due to construction these directions are no longer correct (exit 5W was combined with 5Ea). Until I year back from the GSGS my suggestion would be to take 5Ea or 5E and reverse direction on Rt 111 when the opportunity presents itself).

• Rt 3 North into New Hampshire
  

• Take Exit 5W (Rt 111 West)
  
• Go Through Set of lights.
  
• Take second right
  • they appear more like off ramps
    
  • the Nashua Police station will be on your right.
    
  • If you come to a second set of lights, take a right, it will bring you to Riverside Rd.
• Take a right at the stop sign at the end of the road.
  • Riverside Rd
• Follow Riverside Rd to Nashua High School.
  
• Take a left at the stone sign which reads "Nashua High School".
  
• Follow the driveway to the back side of the school and turn right into the student parking lots.
  
• The fields are at the far side of the parking lots. We will either play inside the track or on the fields on the far side of the track.

Marblehead

Wigglesworth

From 128:

• Take 128 North to the exit for 114 East.
  

• Take 114 East through Peabody and Salem all the way in to Marblehead.
  
• After you enter M'Head there will be a cemetery on your right. After the Cemetery bear left at fork.
  
• At first set of lights take a left on to West Shore Drive.
  
• At first set of lights take a right on to Village Street.
  
• On your left you will see the Middle School. Turn into the driveway after the main building.
  
• Drive all the way around the school and you will see a green grand stand. We play on that field.

Devens

Tournament Fields

From the East:

• Take Rt 128 to Rt 2 West
  

• Take Exit 37B (Jackson Road)
  
• See "From Exit 37B" below.

From the North:

• Take I-495 South
  

• Take the exit for Rt 2 West
  
• Take Exit 37B (Jackson Road)

From the South:

• Take I-495 North

• Follow Jackson Road until you get to a stop sign.
  

• Take a left.
  
• Take your next right (Grant Road).
  
• Follow this thru a rotary. You want to go straight thru the rotary.
  
• Take the right when you see the sign for the Devens Restaurant (probably the second right).
